What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and/or contractors by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and assigned post orders at a chemical processing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including perimeter fencing gates loading areas and critical equipment zones watching for unusual activity and/or hazards to property.
• Control access by verifying identification and/or visitor authorization maintaining sign-in logs and directing vehicles and deliveries to designated areas per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner initiating notifications and/or emergency response activities as required by site procedures.
• Complete routine and incident reports document observations accurately and communicate key information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
