HUGO BOSS is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its store located in the Norteshopping shopping centre: Loja 1.006 R. Sara Afonso Piso 1 4460-841 Senhora da Hora.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail (35 years).
Experience managing stores in shopping centres.
High level of English B2C1.
Experience in team management people management and leadership.
Experience managing KPIs and action plans.

What you can expect:

In your role as an Assistant Store Manager; you act as an inspirational role model in leading and coaching your team members in the KPIs achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.

Accountable for driving the team to achieve the locations performance targets and KPIs and define action plans for short and long term target achievements.
Coaching developing and appraising of the team.
A highly commercial profile with a genuine passion for sales and customer contact acting as a role model on the shop floor and as a driver of the teams performance.
Effective recruiting and succession planning as well as networking.
Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team.

Your profile:

Previous experience of 35 years in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead motivate train and develop the team through active management.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
Experience in networking and building relationships.
