Assistant Store Manager Norteshopping 40h (f/m/x)

HUGO BOSS is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for its store located in the Norteshopping shopping centre: Loja 1.006 R. Sara Afonso Piso 1 4460-841 Senhora da Hora.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail (35 years).
  • Experience managing stores in shopping centres.
  • High level of English B2C1.
  • Experience in team management people management and leadership.
  • Experience managing KPIs and action plans.

What you can expect:

In your role as an Assistant Store Manager; you act as an inspirational role model in leading and coaching your team members in the KPIs achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Accountable for driving the team to achieve the locations performance targets and KPIs and define action plans for short and long term target achievements.
  • Coaching developing and appraising of the team.
  • A highly commercial profile with a genuine passion for sales and customer contact acting as a role model on the shop floor and as a driver of the teams performance.

  • Effective recruiting and succession planning as well as networking.

  • Implement and maintain a customer centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
  • Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
  • Build and maintain awareness of our competitors and local markets by sharing any relevant findings with your Area Manager and retail team.
Your profile:
  • Previous experience of 35 years in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead motivate train and develop the team through active management.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
  • Experience in networking and building relationships.
