The Client Services Specialist position works directly with a client or group of clients in providing dedicated operational support.
Essential Job Functions
|
- Client co-ordinator
- Performance measurement managing performance internally on behalf of client
- Payment (AR) management client portal
- Responsible for EDI performance any failures are addressed with the operating station.
- Data accuracy
- WBR/MBR/QBRs - presentations
- Evaluates and identify potential opportunities commercially with each client.
- Identifies improvements including analyzing performance client PO management system and ensure excellent service execution.
- Work closely with each regional account manager & support on reporting requirements per project.
- implementing automated reports from PowerBI rather than manual excel reporting

- Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment collaborate with internal and external resources respond to questions from senior management and manage through conflict with a positive flexible attitude and professionalism.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- Minimum 1 year industry experience preferred.
