Key Responsibilities
Assist outside sales reps and brokers
Manage sales pipeline and customer accounts
Respond to phone and email inquiries
Perform data entry and lead tracking
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes
Qualifications
1 years in sales support admin or customer service
Strong data entry math and computer skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
