Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and supporting theday-to-day HR operations. This role oversees a team of HR professionals andcollaborates closely with the Safety and Compliance teams to ensure effectivedelivery of payroll administration employee relations talent acquisitioncompliance execution and policy implementation. The ideal candidate bringsstrong operational HR knowledge sound judgment and the ability to lead alocal HR team in a growing environment.

Leadership & Team Management
- Directly supervise mentor and develop a team of HRprofessionals at the assigned location.
- Provide coordination and partnership with the Safety and Compliance team toensure alignment with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish clear performance expectations support team development and promotea service-oriented HR culture.
Compliance & Legal Oversight
- Ensure implementation of federal state and localemployment law requirements as directed.
- Maintain working knowledge of labor laws wage and hour regulations and benefitsadministration as applicable.
- Support investigations documentation and employee matters in collaborationwith leadership.
Payroll & Compensation Administration
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for theassigned location.
- Ensure adherence to established wage tax and reporting procedures.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Guide managers through disciplinary actions investigationsand conflict resolution to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Provide coaching and support related to performance management processes andcorrective action documentation.
- Promote a respectful and accountable workplace culture.
Policy Development & Organizational Standards
- Implement and uphold HR policies handbooks and standardoperating procedures as established by leadership.
- Ensure consistent application of policies and processes at the local level.
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
HR Partnership & Operational Support
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employeesat the assigned location(s).
- Support workforce planning recruiting coordination onboarding and employeeengagement efforts.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Primarily office-based at a single business location.

Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or related field preferred.
- Professional HR certification preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR).
Experience
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including supervisoryresponsibilities.
- Experience supporting payroll employee relations and compliance at a site orbusiness-unit level.
- Experience working within a growing organization preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to implement HR strategy through effective operational execution.
