We are looking to fillageologist/hydrogeologistpositionwithtoserve out of ourFort Myers or Tampa Bayoffice under thesupervision of a licensed Professional Geologist (PG).

Your Responsibilities as a Scientist:

Assiststaff with development of testing plans well drilling aquifer/well performance tests instrumentationdata acquisition and analysisreport preparation water resource permitting and infrastructure design.
Direct contractors during hydrogeologic explorations and testing programs.
Must be capable of understanding technical aspects of hydrogeologic projects and execute projects to meet technical quality and scheduling requirements.
Demonstrate strong verbal communication and written skills.

What were looking for:

Minimum of BS in Geology or closely aligned field of study with relevant coursework.
2to 5 yearsrelatedexperience.
Geologistin Training (GIT) certificationispreferred.
Knowledge of geologic concepts including sedimentology stratigraphy karst systems aquifer testing geochemistrygroundwaterand surface water monitoring.
Knowledge ofthe geologic hydrologic and soil classification systems.
Knowledge of the principles and standards of scientific study field investigation and sampling experimentation research and documentation.
Ability to understand projectobjectivesand schedules and meet critical deadlines and budgets.
Ability to work with contractors clients and a diverse team ofproject deliveryexperts.
Strong problem-solving skills; organized and reliable. Strong written and verbal communication writing experience.
Physically capable oflifting upto 40 working outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
Must pass drugtestphysicalbackgroundcheckand must have a satisfactory driving recordin accordance withthe Companys driving policy.

Work Schedule:Full-time position Monday through Friday. Some weekends may be.
