Team mission
The Channel Growth Marketing team drives efficient scalable demand across the full customer funnel through paid performance channels. We combine strong execution with experimentation and an incremental thinking approach working closely with Analytics Product Creative and Marketing Ops.
Within the team Display Marketing focuses on lower- and mid-funnel acquisition and conversion leveraging programmatic and network-based channels to capture high-intent users at scale.
Your mission
- Execute and optimize global conversion-focused Display campaigns across Google Ads (Display & Demand Gen) Criteo Microsoft Ads and RTB House
- Own day-to-day campaign management including setup bidding targeting budget pacing and performance monitoring
- Identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities within the channel
- Analyze results and translate data into clear actionable insights
- Support experimentation across creatives audiences bidding strategies and formats with a focus on measurable impact
- Contribute to documentation best practices and process improvements to support scalable execution
- Stay up to date on platform updates new formats and industry trends
Your toolkit
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale performance campaigns ideally on Google Display in B2C tech or travel environments
- Experience working with product feeds testing roadmaps and automation tools
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and efficiency targets
- Analytical and comfortable working with performance data to identify trends and insights
- Able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with strong attention to detail
- Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Looker Databricks or similar
- Strong collaborator with clear communication skills
- Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin - hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the office
