This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced field-services environment. The Recruitment Intern will assist with sourcing screening scheduling and processing candidatesprimarily for utility locate technician roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in Communications Human Resources or Business Administration to gain real-world recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment for field positions
- Post job openings on company ATS job boards and social media.
- Source candidates through applicant tracking system referrals and community outreach
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill applicant flow source effectiveness)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications Human Resources Business or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
