Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid work environment (two days in-office are required).
This role is responsible for managing staff schedules coordinating client services and ensuring efficient daily operations.
The ideal candidate must havehome care administration experience thrive in a fast-paced setting communicate effectively and remain flexible to meet the needs of both clients and staff.
This position includes an on-call rotation requiring availability outside standard business hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create manage and maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Coordinate service assignments and respond quickly to schedule changes or call-outs
- Communicate with clients caregivers and office staff to ensure continuity of care
- Monitor attendance availability and shift confirmations
- Maintain accurate documentation staff files and records and update scheduling systems daily
- Assist with hiringof new staff and orientation problem solving conflict resolution and last-minute staffing needs
- Support administrative tasks related to operations and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling coordination or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Fast-paced team-oriented office environment
MUST HAVE:
- Home Care administrative experience.
- Experience withWellSky/ClearCare is a plus but not necessary
- Scheduling experience.
- Participate in an on-call rotation including evenings and weekends
