What Youll Own & Achieve

  • Be the spark:Launch high-volume outbound outreach (calls email and more) to hospitals health systems and healthcare organizations. Every conversation you start builds momentum for growth.
  • Fuel the pipeline:Qualify decision-makers uncover basic needs and generate interest in Calibers staffing solutionsturning outreach into real opportunities.
  • Set the stage for wins:Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Business Development Consultants and Directors (8 per month) and ensure smooth handoffs that lead to closed business.
  • Activity with purpose:Consistently meet daily outreach goals (5060 dials) and monthly meeting targets. Discipline and consistency are your competitive edge.
  • Own your data own your impact:Keep CRM clean and currentlogging outreach tracking follow-ups andmaintainingorganized lead records foraccuratepipeline visibility.
  • Partner to win:Work closely with Business Development leaders toalign ontargeting qualification criteria and messaging. Share insights from the field to continuously improve results.
  • Stay coachable stay growing:Lean into feedback performance coaching and skill development to sharpen your outreach and accelerate your career.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diplomarequired;Bachelorsdegree preferred
  • Experience in outbound sales customer service call center or appointment setting is a plus
  • Confidence and resilience with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Strong verbal communication and professional presence
  • Comfort using CRM tools and managing activity metrics
  • Self-motivated goal-driven and highly coachable
  • Energized by a fast-paced performance-focused environment
  • Early-career candidates looking to break into sales and builda strong foundationwill thrive in this role.
