EssentialResponsibilities:
EndUser Support
Provide onsite technicalassistancefor laptops desktops mobile devices and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS Microsoft Office 365 applications and hardware failures
Technical supportonRF scannerslabeland network printers.
Support end users with software installations configuration and general IT inquiries
Microsoft Infrastructure Support
Manage andmaintainActive Directoryuser accounts groups and permissions
SupportEntra ID (Azure AD)identity management tasks
Assist withIntune Company Portaldevice enrollment compliance and application deployment
Perform basic administration ofExchange ServerandMicrosoft 365mailboxes distribution lists and policies
Networking & Systems
Troubleshoot basic networking issues (LAN/WAN WiFi DNS DHCP)
Collaborate with network teams to escalate and resolve connectivity problems
Support VPN access and remote connectivity tools
Hardware & Peripheral Support
Diagnose and repair issues with laptops desktops printers and other office equipment
Perform hardware upgrades imaging and device lifecycle management
Maintain inventory of IT equipment andassistwith asset tracking
Minimum Qualifications:
35 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk technician role
Strong working knowledge ofActive DirectoryEntra IDIntuneExchange Server andMicrosoft 365 administration
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
Handson experience supporting hardware (printers laptops desktops)
Excellent communication customer service and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills (but not)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow Jira etc.)
Basic PowerShell knowledge
CompTIA A Network or Microsoft certifications
