Job Summary
Ultradent the global name in oral health is seeking an Molding Supervisor to work Graveyard Shift Sun to Thu 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMin our Molding Manufacturing Department. The Molding Supervisor is responsible for leading a production team keeping production flowing meeting performance goals and for maintaining a high level of safety/quality.
Job Duties:
Manages time and attendance of production team
Maintains communication between departments supporting production
Establishes and supports pillars; people safety quality delivery cost while executing production goals
Assists in setting up production lines and troubleshooting the injection molding process
Performs root cause analysis and CAPAs
Maintains and manages 5S in the production areas
Trains production team on applicable procedures to the production area
Ensures equipment and work area cleanliness
Maintains accurate shift reporting
Ensures documentation manufacturing areas conform to GMP and Standard Operating Procedures at all times
Must be a team player
Assists in the development of employees and procedures
Works with each employee in the area in performance coaching
Leads continuous improvement team
Qualifications:
Team Leadership in a Manufacturing environment preferred
Team oriented
Good communicator
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
Willing to work overtime when needed
Ability to work at a fast pace and is multitask talented
Basic math and writing skills
Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft office
