Role specifics and benefits:
- Key responsibilities and clinical impact: As a Labor and Delivery RN youll provide comprehensive maternity care across labor delivery and immediate postpartum phases. Youll monitor fetal heart rates assess labor progress support natural births and cesarean sections coordinate anesthesia with anesthesia teams prepare and assist during procedures manage postpartum stabilization perform newborn assessments and deliver lactation support and parent education. Youll collaborate closely with obstetricians midwives neonatal teams and support staff to ensure safe respectful patient-centered care.
