Native Fine Diner is seeking focused detail driven Chef de Parties to join a growing chef led kitchen rooted in heritage cooking discipline and modern diner culture.

This is a standards driven environment where cleanliness consistency and intention matter every day. We are a chef owned restaurant building thoughtful food systems that honor agriculture preservation and working class food traditions executed with precision and restraint.
Position Overview
The Chef de Partie is responsible for maintaining a designated station with consistency organization and a high level of cleanliness while supporting daily prep service execution and collaborative event dinners such as our Blue Plate Special chef series.
This role is ideal for a cook who wants to grow in a structured professional kitchen without ego or chaos.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute daily prep with accuracy labeling and organization
- Maintain full ownership of assigned station during service
- Cook and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Uphold Natives cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Support collaborative dinners events and seasonal menu changes
- Assist in preservation projects (pickling fermentation batch prep)
- Maintain proper storage rotation (FIFO) and station discipline
- Communicate clearly with sous chefs and leadership during service
Service Expectations
- Clean composed and efficient execution
- Strong awareness of pacing and teamwork
- Ability to work in a structured chef-driven environment
- Respect for systems prep lists and standards
- Professional conduct under pressure
Compensation Growth
