Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Operations Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment supporting staff and management and handling various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving Customer Submissions: Check submissions of collectibles and enter order details into the company system
- Assist with daily office operations including packing collectibles for shipping managing office supplies equipment and facilities
- Assist on Customer Service Tasks as needed: Schedule appointments with customers and assist customers with their submissions at the office or tradeshows
- Event Coordination and participation: Assist with the planning and coordination of events meetings and conferences and support team during the events
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to manager and staff handling correspondence and preparing documents
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager
What will help you succeed:
- Education:Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Experience:No prior experience required recent graduates are welcome apply
Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Personal Attributes:Reliable detail-oriented proactive honest and able to work independently as well as part of a team
