Job Summary
Job Overview
Provides high quality timely analytical and data science support to client solutions for the pharmaceutical and related industries.
Essential Functions
Under direct supervision assists with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and supports the development of costeffective analyticsdriven solutions.
Performs basic quantitative or qualitative analyses to support the identification of client issues and the development of clientspecific solutions.
Contributes to the development testing and validation of forecasting and predictive models including timeseries or regressionbased approaches using Python / PySpark in scalable analytics environments (e.g. CML).
Assists Analysts and Consultants in developing detailed documentation specifications and analytical deliverables.
Supports the design and structuring of presentations appropriate to the characteristics and needs of internal and client audiences.
Proactively develops foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market; engagementbased responsibilities are assigned and closely managed by Consultants Engagement Managers or Principals.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Science Computer Science or related quantitative field
SQL for data querying validation and analysis.
Python for data analysis and modeling; familiarity with PySpark or distributed data processing frameworks.
Basic understanding of forecasting or predictive modeling techniques (e.g. regression timeseries analysis).
Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) preferred.
Knowledge of SAS is a plus but not required.
