Are you ready to contribute your expertise in bid management in a dynamic environment and work with us to develop innovative offerings for the future of aviation Then we are looking for you as a dedicated Bid Manager (all genders) who with technical know-how and a flair for strategic thinking will take our bid calculations and customer relationships to the next level!
YOUR TASKS
- Calculating quotations in collaboration with product controlling
- Preparing quotations and the necessary technical documentation in collaboration with engineering and field service
- Clarifying contractual matters in collaboration with the legal department
- Creating and maintaining quotation calculation and price templates
- Processing incoming inquiries customer contact in coordination with the sales manager
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Updating customer data
- Regularly reporting on the status of quotations to superiors
- Supporting marketing in various projects
- Collecting market data and information about competitors
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical or commercial degree
- Professional experience in sales and preparing quotations
- Knowledge of aircraft engines gas turbines or aircraft technology is desirable
- Business fluent English skills
- Experience in implementing projects
- Confident use of MS Office especially Excel SAP and CRM
