Job Summary
A leading logistics operator in the Eastern Province is hiring a high-impact Sales Manager to grow revenue across container transportation port/yard services storage solutions (covered open yard cold/chemical where applicable) and value-added logistics. This role requires strong B2B hunting capability pricing discipline and the ability to convert operations capacity into profitable contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting proposals negotiation contract award account growth
Drive new business for 3PL warehousing yard storage container handling support services and transport
Build a strong pipeline with importers/exporters freight forwarders manufacturers traders project cargo clients
Develop commercial offers: rate cards SLAs service bundles contract terms credit coordination
Maintain strategic key accounts and increase wallet share through cross-selling logistics solutions
Coordinate tightly with operations to ensure service delivery KPI performance and client retention
Monitor competitors and market rates; provide weekly reporting on pipeline win rate margins forecasts
Requirements
7 years B2B sales in logistics / port services / container transport / warehousing / freight forwarding
Strong understanding of port & yard operations container flow storage models and service costing
Proven track record of closing contracts and managing high-value accounts
Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with CRM discipline and sales reporting
