As a Supervisory Associate in the Discretionary Accounts Control Team you drive solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful business initiatives. Your day-to-day efforts will include partnering with key stakeholders spanning onboarding proposal trade billing performance risk and compliance. You are highly organized self-motivated and a critical thinker and problem solver. You help us maintain a proactive risk and control culture while supporting product development and change management. Together we create value for our clients and our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear feature and functionality timelines.
- Track releases and manage product governance including product cabinet meetings.
- Lead agile ceremoniesdaily standups sprint planning reviews and retrospectivesto drive continuous delivery.
- Gather document and refine requirements as epics and user stories; facilitate solutionfocused discussions.
- Support engineering with timely clarifications and remove impediments to maintain momentum.
- Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on business cases and stakeholder input.
- Partner across product proposal trade technology risk legal compliance and operations to manage resourcing controls readiness and change while coordinating crossfunctional delivery across lines of business.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Minimum oneyear of experience in product management experience in agile delivery environments
- Minimum oneyear of experience in system integration experience
- Demonstrated success leading the endtoend product lifecycle and launching features
- Customercentric mindset with strong rapportbuilding skills with end users
- Executiveready communication and presentation skills across all levels
- Analytical solutionsoriented thinker and doer who drives vision to execution
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- JIRA Excel Power Point and Alteryx experience.
