Job Summary
Lexus of Naperville is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team! As a Lane Attendant/Greeter you will be an integral part of our process helping guests as they come in to have their vehicle serviced. You will be keeping vehicle traffic moving efficiently directing guests on where to go and ensuring each guest has a world-class experience during their visit. Youll get to work in a state-of-the-art facility focused on comfort and convenience and with a great crew of motivated and supportive team members. No experience necessary we will teach you all you need to know about the vehicles and our business. You bring a great attitude and well provide the rest! The position is full time Saturday availability is a must but the dealership is closed every Sunday. This is an entry level position and we love to promote from within so this is a great way to get into the automotive business!
This shift will work Monday-Friday with open availability based on dealership operation hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm
- Perform and document visual inspection of vehicles
- Assist service department in day to day tasks
- Provide shuttle runs for customers to and from dealership
- Communicate with customers for their reason for visit
- Work closely with service advisor to learn the role and gain industry expertise
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Above average energy level

- Valid Drivers license
