Job Summary
Receptionist-Service Scheduler
Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Roanoke VA is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist-Service Scheduler to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly in person or by phone.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments accurately.
- Maintain organized service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive service scheduling or reception preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and maintain excellent organizational skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
