Responsible for the supervision and control of the process plant according to the timetable set during the production shift assigned. It monitors the preparation and movement of raw materials and product quality. Coordinates personnel in charge.

This position operates on 3rd shift SundayThursday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The Supervisor is expected to arrive before the start of the shift and remain after the shift ends to ensure a smooth handoff between teams. Overtime and/or weekend work may be required based on business needs and may occur without prior notice.
Preferred: At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
