Flowtech is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to join our branch team in Skelmersdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment supporting customers managing enquiries and helping drive branch performance. The Role

As Branch Sales Support you will be responsible for the efficient and professional handling of customer requests within your designated region ensuring budgets are supported and customer relationships are strengthened.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and processing inbound customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Handling day-to-day customer enquiries via phone email and digital channels

• Supporting quotation preparation and following up to maximise conversion

• Assisting with upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers

• Escalating complex enquiries to the Regional Key Account Manager or Branch Manager when required

• Providing administrative and operational support to the Regional Key Account Manager

• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with enquiry and order details

• Supporting stock coordination alongside relevant teams

• Contributing to overall branch sales performance and customer satisfaction
