Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Inventory Supply Specialist to support supply operations for our Main Operating Room Interventional Radiology (IR) and Platform areas. This role is essential to ensuring clinicians have the supplies they needaccurately efficiently and always on time.
What Youll Do
- Manage the full supplyordering process for Main OR IR and Platform areas including monitoring inventory levels forecasting needs and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with clinical teams and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective supply availability resolve discrepancies and support reliable efficient operations.
What Is Available:
- 1.0 FTE 40-hours a week
- Monday - Friday 9:00a-5:00p
- Location: La Crosse Wisconsin
- Starting hourly rate of $18.63/hr more for experience
What Were Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalency is required
- 2 years working with inventory process control system.
- Candidates with experience in an OR or procedural environment along with a background in supply chain or inventory management. Strong analytical skills effective communication and the ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced clinical setting are essential.
