Baltimore RavensPublic Relations Intern 2026Department: CommunicationsPosition Reports To: Sr. Director of Public RelationsThe Baltimore Ravens Public Relations Intern works in various capacities within the communications department helping inform the media and community about the team as well as other strategic communications Ravens strive to set the standard in everything we do whether it be on the field in our community or in the workplace. We are looking for candidates who share the same goal are passionate about what they do and are proud to represent the Ravens at the highest Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with production content and editing of the weekly game information media guide yearbook flip card gameday programs press releases and historical team records. Contribute to process of developing team and player notes creating and updating player biographies highlights statistics and milestones for weekly game information utilizing TruMedia StatsPass Stathead with updating and maintenance of the teams NFL media site (NFLOMG).Serve as the primary lead for the production and dispersion of the daily news clippings packet and features packet (in season).Assist in the production and distribution of both home and away gameday credentials as well as media credentials at the team facility. Serve as point person for media entering team facility assisting with any social media platforms including X (Twitter) and Instagram for information relating to the Ravens and give updates to communications in preparation and coordination of interviews with players coaches and front office staff as needed. Also aid in facilitating one-on-one interviews and press as a team to transcribe all press conferences podium sessions and media availabilities. Provide content (e.g. player Q&A feature story) for official team gameday program as requested; Assist with updating pages for the to the @RavensComms X (Twitter) account by brainstorming content ideas creating graphics and researching additional various statistical projects on behalf of coaching staff or for other support regarding the teams strategic communications efforts including assisting with traditional media monitoring and Critical Mention reports as duties include but are not limited to: For home games Arriving at the stadium at least four hours prior to kickoff to set up the press box and assisting with closing the press box following the game; Providing support for PR team to ensure excellent representation of the organization. For home and away games Helping monitor X (Twitter) postings from local and national media tracking team stats and player milestones for post-game notes; Collecting podium and locker room audio transcribing post-game quotes on deadline and assisting with the posting and distribution process. During Training Camp assist with distributing and maintaining credential manifest while providing support to PR team with practice applicable be present on Draft weekend (April 23-25) to assist in office management media services and team administrative tasks as necessary for the department and as requested.
