Job Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and improving industrial equipment and facility systems. This role combines handson technical expertise with daytoday leadership to ensure safe reliable and efficient operations across the plant.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance technicians through coaching training performance feedback and daily direction.
Plan prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely completion of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment including mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and automation systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with production engineering and management to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reliability efficiency and safety.
Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders parts usage and equipment history.
Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs supplies and contracted services.
Support capital projects and equipment installations as needed.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial or facilities environment.
Strong industrial maintenance background including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment motors conveyors pumps gearboxes and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals.
Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.
Commitment to a safety-first culture.
