Job Summary

Job Title: TS/SCI Cleared Java Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with an active TS/SCI clearance to support mission-critical development efforts within a high-security federal environment. This role is ideal for candidates with 3 years of experience who are looking to contribute to impactful data-driven solutions supporting national geospatial initiatives.

The selected candidate will join a collaborative technical team responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable applications that enable advanced analysis and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance (required to start)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)

3 years of professional Java development experience

Experience developing enterprise-level applications

Familiarity with object-oriented design principles

Experience working in Linux-based environments

Understanding of secure development practices

Responsibilities:

Design develop test and maintain Java-based applications in a secure enterprise environment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers analysts and architects

Develop RESTful services and backend components to support data-intensive workflows

Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning stand-ups and code reviews

Troubleshoot and resolve performance scalability and integration issues

Support deployment and sustainment of applications within classified environments

Contribute to system documentation and technical design discussions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Spring / Spring Boot

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)

Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments

Experience working within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency mission space or similar IC environments

Prior experience supporting classified federal programs
