1积极拓展潜在客户建立和发展良好的客户关系

2管理现有客户维护存量业务积极争取新增业务

3及时完成信贷相关审批报告遵守银行信贷政策

4确保信贷质量包括信贷报告初审及数据准确性

5定期拜访客户及时跟进潜在业务机会组织完成各项业务指标

6维护团队与其他部门的沟通与合作

7确保遵守监管规定

8上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作

任职资格 (Incumbents Requirements)

1优秀的企业财务分析能力及信贷风险控制能力

2熟悉企业银行产品知识及业务要求

3良好的市场敏感度善于捕捉业务机会

4优秀的人际沟通能力具备良好的团队管理能力

5乐于接受挑战能够承受工作压力

610年以上企业银行相关工作经验
