Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Senior Helpers services within the local community.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO PPC email marketing social media and website content management.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Lead sales initiatives to generate leads build relationships with referral sources and close sales opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing digital marketing and sales preferably within healthcare or senior services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation is a plus.
