This role will have the responsibility to gain a general understanding of general maintenance functions on the buildings grounds and equipment of the company sites and is responsible for the monitoring and completion of daily tasks work orders and inspections as required. This position will work closely with the departments leadership team and staff site supervisors vendors and suppliers to ensure that maintenance equipment facilities upkeep and repair needs are being met.
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school or General Education Diploma (GED) and four (4) years of experience in maintenance or trade experience is required. Valid drivers license required. Must be 18 years old. Demonstrated skill sets in the use and general maintenance of hand power and motorized tools and other motorized equipment is a must. Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
