Role Overview
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join a growing international support team working remotely from Latvia.
You will assist customers with travel-related services ensuring smooth booking experiences and professional support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Handle travel-related inquiries via phone email and chat

Support customers with bookings modifications and travel assistance

Provide clear and professional communication at all times

Document interactions accurately in internal systems

Follow internal procedures and quality standards

Collaborate with international teams to maintain service excellence
Requirements

Native or C1/C2 level Danish (written and spoken)

B2 level English

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

Flexible to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays

If applying from outside Latvia must confirm independent relocation
