Job Summary

Werelooking for a hands-on organised Empty Homes Lead Supervisor to join and support our Empty Homes Team.

In this roleyoulloversee theday-to-daydelivery of the service directly supervising our trade operatives and supporting two Empty Homes make sure the team performs well meets our standards and deliversa great experiencefor customers.

Your goal will be to make sure our empty homes are brought back up to standard safely efficiently and costeffectivelyandin line with Alliance Homes Empty Homes Standard Schedule of Rates and compliance requirements.

Youllwork closely with our planning team to make sure operatives time is used effectively helping us hit key KPIs andmaintainhigh customer carry out preandpost inspectionsto check that work has been completed to the right standard.

As a leaderyoullmotivate and support your team helping them tackle problems and make good decisions so that our homes are completed to a high standard.

About You

Youllhave experience supervising in a trade or repairs environment andyoullbe a strong communicator who knows how to motivate and develop a KPIs and turnaround targets and feel confident with scheduling including using scheduling softwaresuch as DRS.

Youllhave good technical knowledge across multiple trades and a solid understanding of health and safety Asbestos Awareness qualification would be beneficial; however training can be provided if you do not currently hold this.

You will be provided with a company van so a full driving licence is essential.
