JOB PURPOSE

Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs challenging their goals assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.

This role requires an advanced level of SEO (and GEO) expertise strategic planning skills and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other SEO consultants effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker both curious and creative with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

WHAT YOULL DO

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences
Guide and educate other SEO consultants that assist you in carrying out the strategies and roadmaps you develop for your clients
Next to strategic tasks also perform foundational analyses like keyword researches technical scans and backlink audits when the situation requires this
Independently take part in new business pitches and other one-off client projects
Track performance analyze data and provide regular reports to clients emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly

WHAT YOULL BRING

Fluent in German and English both spoken and written
At least 5 years of experience working in SEO
Strategic autonomy to effectively manage priorities make sound decisions and proactively drive results within a flexible hybrid setting
Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimisation
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
