The Position

1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标岗位简介

Roche China is initiating a capital investment in Shanghai Zhangjiang. This is biologics manufacturing center for Roche owned products. Currently it is under commission and qualification phase. Therefore we urgently need interns to support engineering and facility department activities during this golden period. The main responsibilities will be

-Assist in following up on project-related matters.

-Assist in preparing meeting materials in English writing meeting minutes and performing other clerical duties.

-Assist with Chinese-English document translation.

-Support the team leads and engineer to complete the standard operation procedures and master data preparation for ERP system

-Collect and organize information; classify and file documents.

-Project follow-up and tracking.

-Assist in organizing departmental administrative activities.

-Execute other tasks assigned by the department.

2. Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Open minded active learning spirit good at communication.

At least 4-5 days/week. The student who can stay until Sep 2026 and based in Shanghai will be preferrable.

Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书

(1) Bachelors degree or above with a major related to Mechanical Engineering Pharmaceutical Engineering or Automation.

(2) Possess good communication skills learning ability execution ability stress tolerance and team spirit.

(3) Proficient in using Autodesk CAD and Office Project software.

(4) Proficient in using office application software such as Excel PPT and Word especially PPT skill

(5) CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.
