About the role

This is a combined Requisition-to-Invoice (R2I) Process Expert and Change Lead role within Procurement.

The role is responsible for designing governing and continuously improving the end-to-end Requisition-to-Invoice process ensuring alignment between Global Procurement Shared Services and local business stakeholders. A key focus will be supporting the rollout and optimisation of SAP-based procurement processes including SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying.

In addition to owning the process design standards and controls the role holder will actively drive adoption system utilisation and behavioural change across the organisation.

The R2I Expert will define what the process should be and ensure it is effectively embedded scalable and supported by digital tools. This includes close collaboration with the Change Management workstream to secure engagement training alignment stakeholder communication and sustained adoption.

Your responsibilities

  • Own and govern the end-to-end Requisition-to-Invoice (R2I) process across countries
  • Translate business requirements into efficient scalable and compliant SAP-enabled process designs
  • Support rollout activities for SAP S/4HANA procurement processes and Ariba Guided Buying including fit-gap analysis and localisation
  • Define and maintain global process standards controls and documentation
  • Drive harmonisation of category rules catalogue management and approval workflows
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track process performance compliance and user adoption
  • Act as a key interface between Global Procurement Shared Services IT and local business units
  • Support system optimisation issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead communication and stakeholder engagement activities during rollout and change phases
  • Support training design and facilitate knowledge sharing to ensure effective system and process adoption

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in Procurement process management especially Requisition-to-Pay / Requisition-to-Invoice
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) in a procurement context
  • Experience with Ariba Guided Buying implementation or optimisation is highly preferred
  • Experience in global or multi-country rollout projects
  • Strong understanding of catalogue management approval workflows and procurement compliance
  • Experience in process documentation BPM frameworks or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience defining and tracking KPIs
  • Experience working with cross-functional and international stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to support change and adoption
  • Very good English (spoken and written)
