Job Summary

RecLatam is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to support a growing probate and estate planning practice. This is a full-time remote position. The selected candidate will work exclusively with the firms legal team and play a key role in managing probate and estate planning matters.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong probate experience excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client intake processes

  • Conduct client communications as needed

  • Prepare and draft probate and estate planning documents

  • File probate and estate planning documents with appropriate courts

  • Assist attorneys with probate case management

  • Support both contested and uncontested probate matters

  • Perform administrative tasks related to estate planning cases

Required Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience as a probate paralegal

  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based law firms (Estate Planning Law)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in legal documentation and case management systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Texas probate law (preferred but not required)

  • Familiarity with estate planning processes

  • Experience using case management software (such as Clio)

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: 8-5 CST

  • Location: Remote

  • Reports To: Managing Attorney
