A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Fleet Mechanic youll report to the Head of Landscape in our Home Office division. Youll focus on keeping our vehicles machinery and equipment running to support the team - all in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
Own and execute our preventative maintenance schedule for all vehicles trailers machinery and equipment
Manage repairs by prioritizing repair needs based on operational urgency and crew schedules
Champion safety by tracking root causes to identify recurring issues and training opportunities
Own asset onboarding by completing onboarding checklists and coordinating proper recording with the Accounting Finance team
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
3 years of experience in shop fleet or equipment maintenance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of small engines trailers and truck maintenance
Valid drivers license
Proficient with basic computer systems
