Schedule: PRN (minimum availability of two shifts per month required)
As a PRN Medication Aide at CountryHouse Granite Bay an Agemark Senior Living Community youll play an essential role in supporting resident health safety and well-being. Agemark has been recognized as a certified Great Place to Work and one of the nations top assisted living providers.

What Youll Do
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
Observe residents for changes in condition or potential side effects and promptly report concerns.
Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
Support a safe positive and respectful living environment for residents and team members.
Follow all community policies state regulations and medication safety standards.
We Think Youll Fit Right In If You
Hold an active California Medication Aide certification (or meet state requirements).
Have strong communication and documentation skills.
Demonstrate compassion patience and attention to detail.
Are comfortable using electronic systems for charting and medication documentation.
Are dependable and flexible when picking up PRN shifts as needed.
