Position: Call Center Representative
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about our services and assist customers with their real estate needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and resolving issues promptly
- Follow communication scripts and handle objections effectively
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date on company products services and promotions
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
