Warranty Assistant
Join our team as a Warranty Assistant supporting our Warranty Administrator in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and paid promptly. This role is ideal for someone who is detailoriented organized and confident communicating with warranty partners.
What Youll Do
- Assist in managing the full life-cycle of warranty claims to ensure timely payment.
- Submit claims track their status and update internal schedules with payment information.
- Communicate professionally with warranty companies by phone and email to resolve questions and secure required documentation.
- Upload organize and send documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up consistently to ensure all funds are collected in a timely manner.
What You Bring
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing and 10key skills with speed and accuracy.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn grow and continuously improve your skills.
