PPC Client Advisor

How you succeed
To succeed in this role youll need to take a customer-centric approach understanding the needs and desires of our clients and matching them with our products and services. Youll need to be proactive identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and providing exceptional service to build trust and loyalty.

What you do
- Manage a portfolio of clients building and maintaining relationships to drive business growth
- Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities to provide personalized solutions
- Present and promote our products and services to clients highlighting the benefits and features
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and resolve client issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as business or finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients
