Based in Henfield West Sussex the Production Engineer will become part of a collaborative and supportive environment where innovation meets precision. The Production Engineer in Henfield West Sussex will:

Assemble company products in line with detailed work instructions
Test new products against specifications and defined procedures
Repair and diagnose faults to component level
Create and update production and repair documentation
Liaise confidently with internal teams and external customers

The ideal Production Engineer will hold an HND/HNC in Electronics (or equivalent or above) and bring proven experience in electronics manufacturing testing and component-level fault finding. Strong IT proficiency effective communication skills analytical thinking and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this Henfield West Sussex role.

Desirable qualities for the Production Engineer include Microsoft Office proficiency and a UK driving licence.
