Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Summer Student Dispatcher I on a temporary basis (up to 4 months) at our Co-op Refinery Complex.
This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK.
Shift: Average 37.3 hours over a 2-week period with alternating Mondays off.
We operate a world-class refinery that utilizes cutting-edge technology to produce 130000 barrels of refined petroleum products per day and an annual production capacity of 6.8 billion liters. If you are student interested in learning more about Supply Chain Management apply today!
What youll do:
- Operate and maintain Terminal Management System
- Maintain operation of loading racks products and customers
- Maintain Rack and Product information (Products Temperatures Additive Rates Recipes etc.)
- Generate Process and Key Truck and Rail Bills of Lading
- Analyze and Forecast for planning of Rail and Truck Loading
- Processing invoices for payment.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Petroleum Distribution team and will report to the Distribution Supervisor.
