What Youll Do:

Safety Health and Environment standard compliance for the Nutrien Ag Solutions facilities in CA listed above.

Works with the Facility Managers to fix and upgrade any equipment not up to standard
Maintains safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment ensuring they meet and exceed legislation
Works to maintain and encourage a safe environment through employee training and management

What Youll Bring:

2 years related experience in a safety or operation environment
Basic Computer skills
Ability to work well alone and with others in a team-oriented environment
Must have the ability to interface effectively with others so that information is professionally communicated
Excellent written communication skills presentation skills and the ability to train others
Ability to maintain confidentiality; uses time effectively; attention to detail; well organized with ability to prioritize and be flexible
Prompt and regular attendance and safe work performance
Travel and training may be required
Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures and government regulations
Valid drivers license
Spanish is a Plus
Field experience in Pesticides
QA Certification is a Plus
