Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal staff and remote teams
- Troubleshoot website e-commerce and order processing issues
- Support CRM systems helpdesk platforms and cloud-based tools
- Assist customers with technical issues related to online accounts payments and subscriptions
- Coordinate with web developers and IT vendors when necessary
- Maintain system documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor website performance and report bugs or errors
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies
- Train team members on software tools and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support IT support or helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify WooCommerce etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software
- Basic understanding of website functionality (domains hosting plugins integrations)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
