Job Summary

Senior Health Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist. We are an inbound call center focusing on the senior life and health insurance market. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy who can attach audio files to specific client records in our CRM System. This is essential for quality assurance compliance monitoring and improving customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Good computer and keyboarding skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous positions using computer knowledge and abilities
  • Previous positions working with recordings a plus
  • Must be able to work independently or with a team
  • Quick learner
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Office hours are daytime hours Monday through Friday full-time. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
