CNA Program Coordinator (Registered Nurse) Now Hiring at Glenaire!

Key Responsibilities

As a CNA Program Coordinator you will be responsible for shaping our CNA program from the beginning as well as delivering high-quality education and ensuring students are fully prepared to pass the state certification exam. Your duties will include:

  • Develop organize and manage the CNA training program including classroom laboratory and clinical components

  • Coordinate clinical site approvals and maintain relationships with partner facilities

  • Ensure compliance with NCDHSR regulations

  • Recruit orient and evaluate program faculty

  • Designing engaging and effective teaching strategies

  • Monitoring student progress and performance

  • Plan and deliver faculty orientation and annual in-service training

  • Ensure the maintenance of training facilities equipment and supply inventories
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to support program goals

Qualifications

To be considered for this position candidates must have:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing

  • ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) licensurein North Carolina (NCBON compliant)

  • At least (2) years of experience as an RN

  • At least (1) year RN experience in long-term care facility services

  • Experience with teaching or supervising nurse aides preferred course in teaching adults
