Key ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA Program Coordinator you will be responsible for shaping our CNA program from the beginning as well as delivering high-quality education and ensuring students are fully prepared to pass the state certification exam. Your duties will include: Develop organize and manage the CNA training program including classroom laboratory and clinical components Coordinate clinical site approvals and maintain relationships with partner facilities Ensure compliance with NCDHSR regulations Recruit orient and evaluate program faculty Designing engaging and effective teaching strategies Monitoring student progress and performance Plan and deliver faculty orientation and annual in-service training Ensure the maintenance of training facilities equipment and supply inventories Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to support program goals
QualificationsTo be considered for this position candidates must have: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) licensurein North Carolina (NCBON compliant) At least (2) years of experience as an RN At least (1) year RN experience in long-term care facility services Experience with teaching or supervising nurse aides preferred course in teaching adults
