Security Officer Residential Patrol Full-Time

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Full-Time in Saint Petersburg FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential community you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols remain a visible presence to help reduce incidents and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will assist residents and guests monitor access points and common areas document observations and communicate clearly with your team. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or vendors by following site-specific policies access procedures and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or resident concerns in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate updates to the appropriate parties.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas parking areas and the perimeter documenting observations and unusual activity.
• Monitor entry points and community amenities as assigned helping to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations through professional presence and clear communication.
• Complete security-related reports incident documentation and shift activity logs and promptly report maintenance issues hazards and/or suspicious behavior to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
