Willamette Family is looking for a Full-Time Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor for Withdrawal Management in our Buckley Detox program. This position is a part of the expansion of our current services. The Buckley Detox Program has a new building underway! With the construction of our NEW Buckley location that will allow for an expansion of crucial substance use treatment services for our community.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical and medical care team within the withdrawal management and medical residential program at our new Buckley location. Experience in working with a population that has co-occurring disorders is essential.

Position: Full-Time Non-Exempt (40 Hours/ week)

Employment Type: Employee (W-2)

Shift and Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation: 30.03 / hour

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CADC II or above with a minimum of five years experience in behavioral health substance use disorder counseling

Employment Requirements:

  • This role requires the Clinical Supervisor to be available on-site; Must be located in the Eugene OR area or be willing to commute.
  • Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
  • Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest. Job Duties:

As a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor you will provide leadership guidance and clinical oversight to ensure the highest quality of addiction treatment services. Your role is essential in maintaining best practices professional standards and a client-centered approach within our programs.

  • Provide Clinical Supervision: Conduct weekly one-on-one clinical supervision for addiction treatment counselors holding CADC certifications in accordance with OARs and agency policies.
  • Ensure Fidelity to Evidence-Based Practices: Oversee the implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities ensuring adherence to best practices within Buckley programs.
  • Support Quality Client Care: Provide individualized case supervision to ensure that treatment plans are appropriate person-centered and effective.
  • Promote Culturally Responsive Services: Uphold and advocate for culturally appropriate gender-responsive and trauma-informed care.
  • Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure all treatment staff maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in practice.
  • Lead Group Supervision: Facilitate weekly group supervision and provide ongoing direction to addiction treatment counselors.
  • Oversee Compliance & Quality Assurance: Participate in program audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to policies regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate Agency Mission & Values: Integrate and reinforce the organizations mission goals and policies in daily practice.
  • Mentor & Develop Staff: Provide coaching guidance and individualized professional development plans to enhance clinical skills and adherence to evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate on Program Integration: Work as part of the Supervisory Team to align residential treatment and services into a cohesive continuum of care focused on overall health and wellness.
  • Ensure Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict security of Individual Service Records in compliance with OARs 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
  • Foster Community Partnerships: Serve as a liaison between WF and external service agencies to enhance collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Stay Current in the Field: Maintain ongoing professional development and complete certification requirements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out duties assigned by the Program Manager Program Director and Executive Director as needed.
