Job Summary
Position Title:Head Bus Mechanic
Start Date: TBD
Position Type: 1st shift Full-time Monday - Friday
Salary Range:Based on of $21.30 per hour
Location: District Bus Garage

What youll be doing:
- Providing technical expertise and manual skill in the inspection servicing and repair of district vehicles
- Keeping the transportation director informed about maintenance concerns and emerging issues
What were looking for:
- Musthave a high school diploma or GED
- Post-secondary training or equivalent work experience
- Ability to interpret and comply with safety regulations and environmental laws
- Record keeping skill and the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts
- Effective presentation skills and the ability to train drivers
- Valid drivers license and a satisfactory driving record as a condition of initial and continued employment
- Meets all bus driver minimum qualifications when physically qualified
- Documentation of clear FBI/BCI background checks
